ALL ORDERS/PURCHASES BY PHONE,ONLINE, AND/OR RETAIL LOCATION(S) ARE SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

ANY CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HRS OF PURCHASE DATE TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. A *50% RESTOCKING FEE (SEE BOTTOM OF PAGE FOR MORE INFO) WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL RETURNED ITEM(S). ITEM(S) MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNOPENED, UNUSED, & NOT DAMAGED TO QUALIFY.

REPLACEMENT PARTS WILL BE SUPPLIED WHILE UNDER WARRANTY FROM ANY AND ALL MANUFACTURERS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. IN STORE PICK UP OF SUCH ITEM(S) ARE FREE. DELIVERY OR SHIPPING OF SUCH ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AN EXTRA COST THAT WILL BE PAID FOR BY THE CUSTOMER. CHARGES MAY APPLY FOR PROCESSING. MANUFACTURERS OF ITEMS/GOODS WILL HANDLE ALL CLAIMS. THESE ARE NOT SMALL! AND IN MOST CASES MADE TO ORDER. SO, WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON BEING HANDS ON AND AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE BUYING PROCESS TO MAKE SURE OUR CUSTOMERS ARE 100% CERTAIN AND CONFIDENT THAT THEY ARE GETTING EXACTLY WHAT THEY NEED FROM US! Pick-Up & Delivery

STORE PICK UPS:

Customer pick-ups are always free of charge! Picking up an order is easy, convenient, and saves you money! Picking up orders must be scheduled ahead of time.

DELIVERY:

ALL DELIVERIES ARE “TO DOOR” DELIVERIES AND MUST BE PAID FOR PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED DELIVERY.

YOUR ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE FRONT DOOR OR BACK DOOR SIMILAR TO A FEDEX/UPS DELIVERY. ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE TO LEAVE ITEMS IN A GARAGE IF EASILY ACCESSIBLE FROM DRIVEWAY. ALSO, ITEMS CAN BE LEFT ON PORCH IF CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ABLE TO BE PRESENT. A CONFIRMATION TEXT AND/OR PHOTO WILL BE SENT ONCE ITEMS ARE DELIVERED. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ITEMS THAT ARE DELIVERED. ECOMFORT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS.

ORDERS WILL NOT BE BROUGHT INTO HOME OR ESTABLISHMENT UNLESS ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE PRIOR TO DELIVERY. ITEMS UNABLE TO FIT IN HOME CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO MEASURE ALL ENTRY WAYS PRIOR TO PURCHASING.

IT WILL NOT BE THE RESPONSIBILTY OF ECOMFORT OR DELIVERY SERVICE TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING: REMOVE DOORS, MOVE, TAKE AWAY OR DISPOSE MATTRESSES/FURNITURE, CLEAR DRIVE WAYS, PATHS, HALLWAYS, STAIRS OR STAIRWAYS. ALL THE ABOVE MUST BE DONE BEFORE DELIVERY BY CUSTOMER/RECEIVER.

WEATHER: IF WE FEEL THE WEATHER WILL HINDER US FROM DELIVERING YOUR ORDER SAFELY, WE WILL BE SURE TO CONTACT YOU PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED DELIVERY. AT THAT TIME WE WILL BE HAPPY TO RESCHEDULE FOR A LATER DATE. WE KNOW YOU ARE VERY EXCITED TO RECEIVE YOUR NEW PURCHASE, BUT UNFORTUNATELY THESE THINGS HAPPEN IN NEW ENGLAND. 😒

PLEASE NOTE: OUR GOAL IS TO DELIVER YOUR ITEMS SAFELY! IF YOUR DRIVEWAY OR STAIRS HAVE NOT BEEN CLEARED OF SNOW OR ICE PRIOR TO DELIVERY. WE WILL NOT ATTEMPT TO DELIVER IF DEEMED UNSAFE AT TIME OF DELIVERY. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PLEASE HELP IN THIS MATTER, AS WE CARE FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED IN YOUR PURCHASE. BECAUSE TIME AND EXPENSES WERE USED TO ATTEMPT SUCH A DELIVERY, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL DELIVERY FEE AMOUNT AND WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THIS AND WILL BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO RESCHEDULE AT A LATER DATE AND WILL BE CHARGED AGAIN FOR A DELIVERY ATTEMPT. CUSTOMER CAN ALSO CHOOSE TO PICK UP IN STORE AT THIS TIME AT NO CHARGE.
