ALL ORDERS/PURCHASES BY PHONE OR RETAIL LOCATION(S) ARE SPECIAL ORDERS. ANY CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HRS OF PURCHASE DATE TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. A 50% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL RETURNED ITEM(S). ITEM(S) MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNOPENED, UNUSED, & NOT DAMAGED.
ALL PURCHASE ITEM(S) MUST BE INSPECTED AT TIME OF PICK UP/DELIVERY BY CUSTOMER. ONCE LOADED AND/OR UNLOADED CUSTOMER ACCEPTS MERCHANDISE AS-IS. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON SPEACIAL ORDERS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

PICK UP OR DELIVERY

ALL DELIVERIES ARE 1ST FLOOR DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERIES. YOUR ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE FIRST FLOOR, FRONT DOOR OR GARAGE. ORDERS WILL NOT BE BROUGHT INTO HOME UNLESS ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE PRIOR TO DELIVERY. ITEMS UNABLE TO FIT IN HOME CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO MEASURE ALL ENTRY WAYS PRIOR TO PURCHASING.  IT WILL NOT BE THE RESPONSIBILTY OF MATTRESS 1.2.3, ECOMFORT OR DELIVERY SERVICE TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING: REMOVE DOORS, MOVE, TAKE AWAY OR DISPOSE MATTRESSES/FURNITURE, CLEAR DRIVE WAYS, PATHS, HALLWAYS, STAIRS OR STAIRWAYS. ALL THE ABOVE MUST BE DONE BEFORE DELIVERY BY CUSTOMER/RECEIVER.  WE APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION.
